Expression on Flat File Connection Manager "RowDelimiter" property is ignored

Following is an issue I have found on my real project at HarveyNash.

I tried to set a RowDelimiter property from a variable at runtime but it is ignored on runtime. And here is the cause:

When the expression is set on RowDelimiter property on a Flat File Connection Manager, the expression is ignored
